Rohan retreat
Turn 8 ends
with the withdrawal of the 1st army of Rohan to Colnurhim where it reinforces
the 4th Army. I just have to hope that I will get the initiative in the next turn
to attack the village before Rohan armies had time to strengthen further.
From a
global point of view, I clearly lost the initiative in the campaign where my 1st
army will try to take Colnurhim and my 3rd Army is retreating towards Orthanc
heels closely by Rohirrims in the south and Ents in the north. In short, the
opening of a second front in the east becomes primordial!

En français dans le texte: Voilà le tour 8 prend fin avec le repli de la 1ère armée du
Rohan sur Colnurhim ou elle vient renforcer la 4ème armée. Il ne me reste plus
qu'à espérer avoir l'initiative au prochain tour pour attaquer le village avant
que les armées du Rohan n'aient eu le temps de se renforcer encore.
D'un point de vue plus global, j'ai clairement perdu
l'initiative dans la campagne ou ma 1ère armée va tenter de prendre Colnurhim
alors que ma 3ème armée se replie vers Orthanc talonnée de près par les
Rohirrims au sud et les Ents au nord. Bref, l'ouverture d'un second front à
l'est devient primordial!
